Do you accept international orders?
Packages are shipped USPS First-Class Mail International. Delivery time is 10-15 business days, however USPS asks to allow 4-6 weeks. Sorry guys, USPS cannot track First Class Mail on international orders, so if you would like to be able to track or have your package insured, and/or rush your order, please upgrade to Priority or Express International mail. Please contact us before purchasing to get a separate invoice for these services. Last but not least, I can not be responsible for any duties, taxes or custom fees, they are the sole responsibility of the buyer, see below.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; Fritts Rosenow has no control over these charges, nor can Fritts Rosenow predict what they may be.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
How quickly will my shipment arrive?
Fritts Rosenow ships worldwide via USPS First Class Parcel mail. Shipments within the US will take 3-5 business days to arrive.
Tracking numbers will be provided for items shipping within the US. Please allow 2–4 weeks for international delivery.
I received my order and one of the items is incorrect/missing/damaged
Oh no, we're sorry! Please let us know what you ordered and what you received in its place. Missing, incorrect, or damaged items must be reported to us within 5 days of receipt of the package. We will send you a claim form to fill out and sign. Please keep the entire contents of the package handy until you've filled out your claim form. We may need photos of the damaged parcel in order to file a claim.
